During our Wellbeing Week, the children have taken part in a range of enjoyable and meaningful activities designed to support both their mental and physical health.
We began with Mindful Monday, where the children enjoyed a calm and reflective nature walk, helping them to slow down and appreciate the world around them.
On Thankful Tuesday, they explored gratitude and took time to recognise the people and things they are grateful for.
Wonderful Wellbeing Wednesday included the Daily Mile, which the children thoroughly enjoyed as it helped boost their fitness, energy, and mood.
On Think Positive Thursday, we focused on developing a positive mindset, encouraging the children to build confidence, resilience, and optimistic thinking.
Finally, we ended with Feel Good Friday, where the children took part in the Water Walk, promoting teamwork and confidence while having fun. The children have really embraced each day, showing enthusiasm and positivity throughout.
This week has not only been enjoyable but has also helped them develop important life skills such as mindfulness, kindness, resilience, and healthy habits that will support their wellbeing both in school and beyond.
